Tunturu is a small food lab run by two curious, hungry sisters.
We’re interested in how food holds stories. The dishes we return to. The flavours that remind us of people and places.
The small rituals that shape how we gather around a table.
At Tunturu, we explore food through memory, process and play.
Our work takes many forms. We host intimate supper clubs and playful food experiences.
We collaborate with cafés and communities on pop ups. We create thoughtfully curated grazing tables for gatherings.
Ritika Deshpande is the in house chef at Tunturu, bringing her learnings from the kitchens she has worked in into everything we create.
At its heart, Tunturu is about bringing people together around food.
Sometimes through a shared meal. Sometimes through a table spread. Sometimes through something sweet made just for you.
Curiosity leads the way in our kitchen. Nothing is really off limits.
